As a Brand Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in promoting our premium products that harness the power of nature, to help people lead healthier and happier lives.
Job Details Fixed term until end of June 2025.
5 days per week currently Tuesday - Sunday.
(Days and shifts may change depending on the season) Typical work hours are 6am - 2:30pm 6 - 8 hours per day (depending on the season) Due to the demands of our business, we need someone who can be flexible with their work pattern as the days of the week will likely change from season to season.
There is one other Brand Ambassador who currently works an afternoon/evening shift.
Key responsibilities include: In-Store Presence: Running of the Comvita Experience space, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and delivering a high level of standards on the shop floor.
Passionate Advocacy: Be the face of Comvita, embodying our values and promoting our natural health products with enthusiasm.
Story-Telling: Curate impactful, authentic and memorable experiences for customers; tell the story of Comvita to drive brand awareness, brand affinity and sales.
Consumer feedback: Gather customer feedback and insights to provide valuable input for product development and improvement.
Sales Delivery: Deliver on sales targets and identify opportunities to improve sales performance.
Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of Comvita's range of products to effectively communicate their benefits to customers and support the delivery of an amazing customer experience.
What we would like from you: Bi-lingual/multi-lingual is a must (Korean, Japanese or Cantonese) Experience in retail customer service with a focus on driving sales.
Excellent communication skills Natural confidence in speaking with people.
Organized, coordinated, and self-motivated with a proactive approach to drive results and achieve objectives.
