As we look to expand Monin's footprint, we are seeking a driven individual to help lead this charge and shape Monin's strategy and visibility across key channels.
What You'll Do: Develop Strategies for the Hospitality Channel: Craft and implement tactics to achieve sales targets while elevating Monin's presence across bars, restaurants, cafes, and hotels.
Identify and Convert B2B Prospects: Generate new B2B leads through cold calls, emails, social media, and your network, and collaborate with the Foodservice Business Manager to convert them into customers.
Execute Brand Collaboration Strategies: Generate brand collaboration leads and transition these into activations in line with the Brand Plan to grow visibility.
Build and Nurture Industry Talent Networks: Engage bartenders and baristas through market visits, sponsorships, social media, and other initiatives to foster ongoing relationships.
Drive Brand Awareness with Key Industry Initiatives: Build rapport with the community, hosting events like Bar Takeovers, Master Classes, and Night Shifts to increase Monin's presence at high-end bars and artisan cafés.
Serve as Brand Ambassador: Represent Monin at key industry events, deliver product showcases and master classes, and set trends in the beverage space.
Lead B2B Trade Shows and Events: Take ownership of B2B trade shows to generate new demand and prospect leads.
Maintain Strong Relationships with Existing Key Accounts: Serve as a value-added partner to the sales team by identifying new sales opportunities and strengthening existing relationships with crucial B2B accounts.
Monitor and Report on Market Trends and Sales Performance: Research industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights while reporting Monin's sales performance to internal stakeholders.
Prepare Marketing Reports: Deliver monthly marketing reports for Monin to the Asia Pacific headquarters and contribute to business reviews as needed.
