About the Role: We're looking for a dynamic marketing professional with a passion for creating impactful brand experiences to join us as a Brand and Communications Specialist. In this role, you'll work closely with the General Manager - Marketing to deliver marketing strategies across both traditional and digital media channels, helping to generate leads and drive sales. You'll be the key point of contact for various stakeholders, ensuring that all marketing collateral is compliant with brand guidelines and legal requirements. What you'll do: Partner with the General Manager - Marketing to execute marketing campaigns and projects, focusing on owned channels like web and email.Monitor and enhance website content and performance alongside our Web Hosting Agency.Ensure all marketing materials align with brand standards across all Finance Now brands.Collaborate with creative agencies and manage marketing campaigns from start to finish.Manage stakeholder relationships, budgets, and project costs efficiently.Share insights on campaign performance through data-driven reports.Improve lead nurturing and lifecycle marketing efforts.Oversee compliance and legal sign-offs for all campaigns.Maintain up-to-date marketing compliance records.Stay on top of marketing trends and new technologies to maintain a competitive edge. About you: you'll have - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Analytical skills to interpret data and measure campaign success.Experience with digital marketing channels and an eagerness to explore new advancements.SEO expertise and familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) are a plus.A team player mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivation and the capability to work independently.A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving attitude.A tertiary qualification or post-graduate degree in Marketing or a related field.4+ years of experience in Marketing or Brand Marketing with a proven track record of successful project delivery.Experience working with external agencies, including creative, media, and SEO partners.CX capability would be an advantage Why You'll Love Working Here?
