Together, we will bring the best of Suntory to Oceania.The opportunityThe Brand & Activation Manager role involves developing and implementing annual marketing plans for the Juice Portfolio to achieve sales, share, and profit targets. This includes creating sustainable, compelling, and differentiated consumer propositions, championing executional excellence throughout the organization, and leading and managing the full marketing mix.Additionally, the role is responsible for the development and execution of brand activation plans for Maximus and the Juice Portfolio, ensuring consistent brand presence at and near points of purchase. This involves working with brand leads to maximize through-the-line activity, considering both the shopper and the consumer in the creative process, and collaborating with brand leads to deliver partnership activations and execute activation events.Key responsibilities include:Develop and execute annual product plans for the Juice Portfolio.Deeply understand the 'what' and 'why' of consumer and shopper behaviour within the portfolio/brand and category.Day to day management of the Juice Portfolio.Develop and execute activation plans for Maximus and the Juice Portfolio.Manage marketing budget allocations.What's in your toolkit?Experience in marketing within FMCG.Clear understanding of consumer desirability and shopper behaviour.Experience developing brand and/or activation plans.The capacity to operate autonomously and collaboratively.Proven ability to influence and persuade stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.Unleash your SpiritAs Suntorians we believe in Dreaming Big and Growing for Good.
