Job Description The role Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will take full responsibility for all aspects of our Hamilton Branch including residential, commercial collections, and Refuse Transfer Station operations.
You will already be a capable manager as you will have the responsibility for the service delivery, operational and support staff, P&L reporting, asset utilisation and replacement, compliance and health and safety.
This role has a very strong focus on safety, people and our customers.
We are looking for a person that is progressive in their outlook and who is able to make positive change for our business and our customers.

Qualifications About you Our ideal candidate will have: A demonstrable record of putting safety first Ability to build revenue streams and seek out new opportunities An outstanding approach to service A focus on building and managing high performing teams and workplace culture Demonstrated commercial acumen P&L ownership The ability to analyse data and work in a modern digital environment You will be a key part of the region's leadership team and have strong national support from a wide network of peers.
You will take part in setting and leading the strategy for the branch in line with the wider company objectives.
