You will drive growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction for this high-performing and well-respected brand in the automotive parts sector.This role is perfect for a motivated and ambitious leader who has a love for automotive and thrives in a dynamic environment and wants the autonomy to make an impact. You'll have the opportunity to shape the branch's operations and put your stamp on its success. Most importantly, you will be a commercially astute manager with a strong focus on building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and achieving results.As Branch Manager, you'll need to take a proactive approach to managing operations, inspiring your team, and ensuring the branch exceeds customer expectations in a predominantly B2B environment.
