This is not just a job; it's an opportunity to make a significant impact on our branch, customer experience and the careers of our team members.Reporting to the Regional Manager, your key responsibilities will include:Site Management, overseeing all aspects of the branch, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently, budgets are met, and exceptional customer service delivered.Leveraging the latest technology to enhance efficiency and service delivery.Championing our Lean Management practices to streamline processes and optimize performance.Analysing customer trends and adjust operating hours to meet evolving needs.Drive the team to meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators, fostering a collaborative results-oriented culture.Prioritize health and safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and creating a safe working environment.Cultivate a culture of growth and development by leading with empathy and having a genuine passion for seeing your team succeed.Essential to your success will be:A minimum of 5 years Senior Operational Leadership experience, with the ability to drive a team to excel in performance.Previous experience as a qualified heavy diesel technician or senior parts experience within the workshop/service department setting.Strong relationship-building, team leadership, negotiating, and problem-solving skills.Highly developed Commercial Acumen and interpersonal skills.We would also prefer you to bring:Management Qualifications such as NZ Diploma in Business or IMNZ Diploma in Management.Previous heavy road transport industry or similar industry experience.Why Join Us?At Truckstops, we believe in fostering a supportive work environment where every team member can grow.
