COMDUC (Commercial Ducting & Hood Service) specialises in the cleaning and sanitising of commercial kitchen extractor systems to comply with health, fire, and insurance requirements. We provide a high-quality commercial ducting, hood & filter cleaning services across 6 branches in New Zealand.We're looking for a Branch Manager & BDM for Waikato/BOP regions, someone who can build, grow and develop diverse teams and encourage a positive work environment.The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operations of the depot. Duties include hiring staff and heading the onboarding and staff training process, building rapport with customers and the team, creating and implementing strategies to improve productivity, efficiency and quality in efforts to achieve the financial targets of the Branch. This role oversees our Tauranga depot leading two extraction cleaning teams.The BDM part of the role is responsible for driving the sales (revenue) of the area to extraordinary levels in line with the strategy of the company and maintaining GM to target level.
