Branch Manager - 2 Positions

Details of the offer

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the branch to ensure efficient and timely courier services.
Supervise, guide, and evaluate employee performance.
Build and maintain customer relationships, handling complaints and inquiries.
Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and enhance service quality.
Prepare financial reports, revenue statements, and other performance indicators for management.
Propose and implement strategies to grow sales and expand the market.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in using management software and Microsoft Office.
Work in a multicultural workplace
Willingness to work under pressure and adapt flexibly to job demands.
May work on weekend and public holiday
Any other duties required reasonably by the Director.
