Bowling Centre Operations Manager

JNJ Management Limited is the managing entity behind Sky World Indoor Entertainment, an establishment encompassing Event Cinema, a bowling centre, bars, a food court, and more, all located at 291-297 Queen Street in the heart of Auckland CBD.We are currently searching for an experienced Operations Manager who will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless planning and efficient management of the bowling center. In this position, you will be hands-on, taking charge of day-to-day operations to high standards.This is a full-time, permanent role with a weekly commitment of 40 working hours. We offer a competitive starting hourly rate of $31.61, equating to an anticipated annual income of $65,748.80.Requirements:Ideal candidates for this role should possess at least 3 years of relevant work experience in management or a similar field.Responsibilities:Management of day-to-day operation of the bowling centreSelecting, training and supervising all bowling centre staffManagement and handling of service standards and issuesEnsuring facilities are properly maintained and conform to safety standardsPlanning and organising bowling centre entertainment programs to be offered by the centreOrganising publicity to promote the bowling centre and attract customersMarketing and promotion with scheduling various games and competitionsPlanning and organising catering for occasional group functionsYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in New Zealand?How many years' experience do you have as a Centre Operations Manager?Do you have customer service experience?
