Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, invoices, receipts, and payments in ERP & MYOB.
Daily invoice sending and contract management.
Send monthly statements & invoices to credit customers around the 5th of each month (some customers may require earlier statements).
Accounts Receivable (AR) including 2nd payment chasing (AR1, AR2, AR3 issuing) and credit control.
Banking according to on-hand cash.
Weekly AR report; daily new job report and weekly total up; monthly installation jobs working hours statistic report; monthly budget report including petrol analysis report; bi-monthly GST report, etc.
Verify recorded transactions and report irregularities to management.
Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and collections including customer credit, PS3 issuing, etc.
Monthly bank consolidation.
Accounts payable & other accounts work & financial analysis work according to manager's arrangement.
Prepare and produce financial statements, budget, and expenditure reports using accounting software.
Other jobs notified by your manager.
Key Skills & Job Requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven 1-year experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
Experience in the construction accounting business is preferred.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
