Job Description We are looking for a dynamic individual who will ensure our guests have an exceptional hotel experience.
What you will be doing: Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service Responsible for the warm arrival of our guests at the front door Promptly offer luggage assistance Answer guest queries in an informative and helpful way Assist concierge desk Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends Other duties as assigned Qualifications Your experience and skills include: High school graduate or equivalent vocational training certificate.
