Bar & Beverage Staff (Hospitality & Tourism) We are a locally owned business with owners on site.
The Hotel is part of a strong and diverse community which brings together patrons from all walks of life.
We have a bistro restaurant which operates 6 days a week at lunch and dinner time.
We also have an events room which is kept busy with community events and our famous Pig on the Spit on Sundays.
A newly revamped bottle store also pulls in a significant number of punters either locally or travelling through.
Behind the Hotel is a Boutique type camping ground which hosts both semi-permanent and holiday guests.
Qualifications & Experience The successful applicant will hold a bar manager's license and have at least 2-3 years of experience in hospitality.
Tasks & Responsibilities This role includes managing the Bar/Bottle Store and Gaming Room while complying with all industry standards.
