Join our Technology Team as a Business Analyst and play a pivotal role in supporting Macquarie's regulatory obligations by maintaining and enhancing regulatory reporting platforms and their operating environments.

What role will you play? In this role, you will work closely with the Regulatory Reporting team. You will be involved in the analysis, design, development, and unit testing of our reporting applications. You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment where you will bridge the gap between technology and business, ensuring that technical requirements and documentation are understood by business users.
What you offer Solid experience as a business analyst, possessing deep business knowledge of regulatory reporting across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, and Europe.
Hands-on experience and knowledge of regulatory reporting systems (such as Axiom, FRS) or similar BI tools (such as SAS, OBIEE, BO).
Experience with Agile and Sprint delivery operating models, as well as tools like SQL, Scripting, JIRA, Helix, Confluence, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey complex concepts using everyday language.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent facilitation skills and the ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations.
