About the Role:
As an Automation Developer in our Technical Solutions team, you'll play a crucial role in driving efficiency and innovation across AA Insurance. This position involves designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions that streamline our processes and enhance our service delivery. You'll work at the intersection of technology and business, translating business requirements into practical, high-quality automation solutions. This role offers the opportunity to deliver value for our operations and customers while working with cutting-edge automation technologies in an Agile environment.
What You Will Be Doing:
Design and develop enterprise level automation solutions and tests for specific business processes
Work closely with AAI Automation team, business and Suncorp Automation Teams
Contribute to end-to-end automation initiatives using Lean and Agile methods
Conduct unit testing and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Identify and manage risks and incidents within our risk management programme
Experience you'll bring:
Computer/Information Science or related qualification, or equivalent industry experience
UI Path developer experience (highly desirable)
Understanding of Agile/Lean philosophy and practices
DevOps experience (preferable)
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Experience with/passion for AI (highly desirable)
