About the opportunity Reporting into the Directors the Associate Director will provide strategic and senior leadership oversight of a portfolio of clients as well as identifying areas of opportunity for business growth. In doing this you will: Lead client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention by delivering timely, accurate financial and advisory services.Identify and pursue business development opportunities, contributing to the growth of the firm's portfolio and revenue.Mentor and support junior team members, ensuring their professional development and the quality of their work.Collaborate with senior leadership on business improvement initiatives and the strategic direction of the firm.Ensure compliance with NZ tax and accounting regulations, maintaining high standards of ethical conduct and risk management.Deliver insightful business and tax advice to clients, helping them meet their financial goals and optimise their operations. About you You are a Chartered Accountant with extensive technical expertise in NZ tax and accounting regulations, and you have a strong track record of managing diverse client portfolios while delivering high-quality financial and business advisory services.
