We have teams based locally and around the globe, so joining the AON team means you have access to a range of knowledge and skill sets across various fields.About the mahi: As an Associate Director, you will service a book of corporate clients and be the key point of contact, providing professional, accurate, and efficient responses to clients' needs. Not only will you maintain a strong relationship with current clients, but you will also identify opportunities for growth and new business.Some of your responsibilities will include:Preparing proposals for new business opportunities.Coordinating client renewals and preparing premium calculations.Skills and experience that will lead to success: You will be a natural at building lasting, trusted relationships. Key to being successful in this role is your experience in the insurance field, within a corporate book. Though this is not a leadership role, you will demonstrate the ability to mentor and support junior members of the team.A few key areas we are looking for: You are required to hold your Level 5 General Insurance qualification.
