The OpportunityWe are on an exciting journey of growth as we bring our alcohol portfolio to the NZ market in partnership with Suntory Global Spirits. You will support the Oceania Talent Specialist to identify and engage top talent to join the business. This role is an initial 12 month fixed term.
What you'll be doingPartner closely with the talent acquisition specialist to identify top talent through various channelsWrite and post engaging advertisementsProactively source top talent using different tools such as LinkedIn, Seek Talent SearchManage the candidate lifecycle including: reviewing CV's, phone screening, shortlisting, arranging interview and completing background checksIdentify market trends and provide insights to the talent teamWhat's in your toolkit?Experience managing the candidate lifecycle either agency or internalExperience recruiting in FMCG, sales or manufacturing would be a bonusA desire to provide exceptional candidate experienceExperience using proactive sourcing tools such as LinkedIn recruiter or Seek Talent Search would be a bonusThe ability to prioritise your time and manage a high volume of roles whilst maintaining great customer serviceA solutions focused mindset you will not be afraid to go looking for the answers to problemsAn eagerness to learn and drive continuous improvementThis is a great platform to build your internal recruitment career, we will provide you with the opportunity to develop your talent acquisition skills.
