Together, we will bring the best of Suntory to Oceania.The Opportunity We are on an exciting journey of growth as we bring our alcohol portfolio to the NZ market in partnership with Suntory Global Spirits.
You will support the Oceania Talent Specialist to identify and engage top talent to join the business.
This role is an initial 12 month fixed term What you'll be doing Partner closely with the talent acquisition specialist to identify top talent through various channels Write and post engaging advertisements Proactively source top talent using different tools such as LinkedIn, Seek Talent Search Manage the candidate lifecycle including: reviewing CV's, phone screening, shortlisting, arranging interview and completing background checks Identify market trends and provide insights to the talent team What's in your toolkit?
Experience managing the candidate lifecycle either agency or internal Experience recruiting in FMCG, sales or manufacturing would be a bonus A desire to provide exceptional candidate experience Experience using proactive sourcing tools such as LinkedIn recruiter or Seek Talent Search would be a bonus The ability to prioritise your time and manage a high volume of roles whilst maintaining great customer service A solutions focused mindset you will not be afraid to go looking for the answers to problems An eagerness to learn and drive continuous improvement This is a great platform to build your internal recruitment career, we will provide you with the opportunity to develop your talent acquisition skills.
