ABOUT THE ROLE This Sunday to Thursday, 26.25 hours per week role is for a bright and bubbly, customer-oriented Smiggler!
As our Assistant Manager, you will work alongside a dedicated Store Manager to create an experience for our fans that is personal, exciting, and creative!
In addition, you will also be: Results Focused – you must have a strong sales focus and proven results.
Creative – you can maintain visual merchandising standards.
A Strong Leader – you can lead, coach, and develop your team members to smash their KPI's.
Experienced – you have previous management experience in a fast-paced environment.
A Multitasker – you have the ability to prioritize and juggle a number of tasks at one time!
