Job Description
Sole responsibility and in charge of the hotel's operations when managers are not on site
Leading the team
Ensuring safety and security of guests and staff
Auditing income and revenue reports
Guest check in and departure
Managing and resolving guest complaints
Qualifications
Availability over a 7 day basis including weekends and public holidays
LCQ Certificate & current GM Certificate is preferred
A full and current NZ Driver's License with the ability to drive both Manual and Automatic cars
1 - 2 years experience in a management/supervisory role
An approachable and professional manner
Strong written and verbal communication and computer skills
Current eligibility to work in NZ
