Assistant Manager

North Beach is New Zealand's largest family-owned surf, skate, and lifestyle fashion clothing company, basically a big, happy, home-grown family!We're currently looking for a highly competent Assistant Manager to step into our flagship store at the Albany Mega Centre.This is a critical role, working with our Store Manager to drive the success of one of our largest and most popular destination stores.To thrive in this role, you will need proven experience driving sales to meet and exceed targets while maintaining an unbeatable level of customer care.Essential skills and attributes:12+ months experience in a similar retail management roleProven cash handling experienceWillingness to help out with anything and everythingYou will be working approximately 42.5 hours per week and must be available to work Public Holidays.
