WHAT YOU'LL DO: You'll primarily be the smiling face that assists in leading our teams in serving and selling to customers in our fantastic Wellington region. As an Assistant Store Lead, you will be responsible for: Leading the Store in the delivery and performance of our targets covering all our touchpoints. Driving and maintaining a Growth Mindset culture. Working to ensure day to day operations run smoothly. Working day-to-day as part of the team (on the tools). Able to represent the voice of the customer to our stakeholders - and customer-centric by putting them at the centre of everything we do. Motivating the team towards goals via coaching and feedback. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU: The first thing we are looking for is a great attitude and a willingness to learn; if you bring skills from Retail, Contact Centre, or Hospitality that's great - but not essential. As an Assistant Store Lead you are: A servant leader, passionate and energised to understand by listening, and focusing on the growth of people. Proven track record in leading a successful team, in either retail, hospitality or a contact centre environment. You will be self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. You'll be a strong leader and team player who has outstanding communication skills and the capacity to work independently (and earn some great commissions by meeting or exceeding your sales targets!).
