Key responsibilities:
Support centre manager in daily operations and leadership
Lead enrolment processes and community engagement
Guide curriculum planning and implementation
Oversee learning documentation and e-portfolios
Create stimulating learning environments
Support staff development and recruitment
Maintain high standards of education and care
Foster culturally responsive practices
Required qualifications:
Teaching Council-recognized ECE/Primary qualification
Current Teaching Council Practising Certificate
Proven leadership experience in ECE
Strong understanding of Te Whariki
Excellence in communication and organization
Commitment to culturally responsive education
