Our Assistant Branch ManagersCoach, develop, and support a small team of trade, sales, and packing team members to reach their full potentialProvide sales and service to trade customers leveraging your expert automotive parts/mechanical knowledgeManage and resolve customer issues/complaints in a timely and professional mannerBuild and maintain strong customer relationshipsContribute to a culture of safety by putting safety first, ensuring that we all make it safe & make it homeOften have opening and closing responsibilities.Note, this role will require lifting, bending & climbing.
The Successful Individual WillHave previous supervisory experience or be ready for that next stepPrevious trade, industrial experience, including sales, wholesale and/or workshop operations experience highly desirableIdeally have a mechanical/trade automotive parts knowledge and experience backgroundHave a flexible availability and hold a valid driver's licenceHave the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role (including handling products of a heavy nature)Sound computer skills.GPC Asia PacificMovement is in our DNA.
