We're looking for a driven, experienced, and hands-on Service Manager to lead one of the world's most renowned commercial service departments with passion and integrity.

Responsibilities within this role:
Lead, motivate and inspire a high-performing service team to achieve targets, ensuring top-tier service and customer satisfaction.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring service quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
Oversee daily service operations, scheduling, and workflow to maximize efficiency.
Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure service meets manufacturer and dealership standards.
Monitor service department metrics and analyze data to improve performance.
Develop and manage the service department budget, controlling expenses and maximizing profitability.
Requirements for the role:
Proven experience in a similar role within a truck dealership or vehicle service environment.
Strong technical understanding of truck maintenance and repair processes.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
Proficiency with service management software and other industry-relevant tools.
