Permanent PositionEnterprise organisationProject Coordinator/ ART CoordinatorWe are looking for an experienced IT Project Coordinator/ Agile Release Train (ART) Coordinator to support a busy ART team.You will need to have excellent time management skills and communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders across the team. This team works in an Agile framework, so you will need to be comfortable working with a variety of people and be a go-to person for the team.Key responsibilities will include:Administration and coordination functions for the ART team.Scheduling meetings and workshops.Producing documentation.Ensuring meeting action points are followed up.Collaborating with team members.Resolving dependencies.Sharing information around the team.To be considered you must have:A minimum of 2 years IT coordination experience.Excellent communication skills.Proven organizational skills.Excellent attention to detail.Ideally you will have used some project management tools and software, such as ADO, JIRA, Confluence, or Microsoft Project.Ideally you will have a good understanding of Agile principles and practices.A friendly and flexible approach.Strong Microsoft skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project.Understanding of Project financials and forecasting.Candidates must have the legal right to work in New Zealand and must currently be in NZ to be considered for this role.Please click Apply Now and include your CV and cover letter.Ref: 128882Beyond Recruitment – Technology, Transformation & Digital, connecting IT talent with IT opportunities.
