About the role: As an Area Manager, this is a key position that supports and enables your teams to deliver success in our strategic and operational plans.
This position offers a balanced mix of three days dedicated to team leadership and two days engaged in clinical practice as an Audiologist. You'll be leading up to 10 direct reports across our lower central teams and reporting into a very skilled and highly regarded Regional Manager.
About you: Have experience managing a large clinic as a MNZAS Audiologist.Be able to demonstrate strong leadership ensuring people are set up for success.Have strong coaching and leadership skills and the ability to bring people together to achieve successful performance goals.Have strong relationship management to develop deep relationships and build solid networks.Be able to demonstrate a solid commercial focus and experience in planning and running sales and operational functions.Have a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.Can showcase client-centred care and putting people at the heart of decisions and planning.The role will ideally be based in Wellington and will require a travel commitment throughout the region on at least a monthly basis, though there is room for flexibility around this.
