We are a celebrated, multidisciplinary design practice with a team of over 230 professionals across six studios in Australia, New Zealand, and Southeast Asia. The Role
We are looking for an experienced Architectural Graduate to join our dynamic Auckland team. In this role, you will design and develop various residential, mixed-use, and hotel projects, guiding them from concept to completion.

Duties include:

Develop concept designs by both hand and CAD applications

Working collaboratively, contribute to projects from inception to completion

Interpret and apply regulatory and statutory framework to work

Undertake work in relation to Resource Consent submissions

Support the team with feasibility studies, identifying site constraints and opportunities

Promote the practice in a positive way within the industry

Skills & Experience:

Degree in Architecture

2+ years' experience in an architectural studio environment

Solid drafting and graphic presentation skills

Competent with CAD software (DKO uses ArchiCAD)

Knowledge of relevant New Zealand building codes and standards

Effective communication, whether written, visual, or verbal

Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively

Solid organisation, time management and coordination
