Language Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
Tasks & responsibilities Project based design and documentation work for architectural projects at a range of scales.Project research, review applicable codes, and standards.Production of documents using 2D and 3D computer-aided design software.3D Digital Modeling and visualization work for design and presentation purposes using various software programs.Assist with specifications, scheduling of project materials, products, and quality levels where required.Assist with project management and administration as required.Demonstrate leadership, delegation to team members (follow up and support those less experienced).Strong teamwork, provide support to peers to meet deadlines and client demands.Liaison with Clients, contractors, and separate consultants where required.Assist with general office duties.To apply please send your application to (email protected)
