As an Architectural Advisor, you'll be on the front lines, driving sales growth, and building lasting relationships with Architects, Builders, and Applicators. You'll be the go-to expert for speciality waterproofing products, offering technical expertise, tailored solutions, and first-class service to keep projects running smoothly and customers satisfied. Your role will be pivotal in growing key accounts and uncovering new business opportunities across the architectural, building, and applicator markets. About the role Develop and execute sales strategies to smash revenue targets and KPIs Provide invaluable market insights that shape business strategy Build strong, long-term relationships with architects, builders, and applicators Seek out new business opportunities, draft proposals, and create custom specifications Manage key accounts with technical and project support, ensuring unmatched customer satisfaction Drive growth through relationship management and strategic solution selling Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities Maintain stellar CRM management and ensure compliance with health and safety standards A fun, fast, rewarding role with a great boss and a supportive culture About you A seasoned sales professional with 5+ years of experience across construction or building materials Proven success in architect and builder channels—bonus points for waterproofing experience!
