This highly regarded, award winning firm seek to appoint an experienced Architect or Architectural Technician to join their Auckland based team.
This role will see you play a critical technical role in the collaboration and delivery of large-scale projects across a variety of sectors, including hospitality, multi-unit residential, commercial, mixed-use, civic, and community projects throughout New Zealand and overseas.
Key responsibilities: Focus on large-scale, complex projects, providing detailed technical drawings, documentation and specification Build and maintain the Revit / BIM infrastructure within the studio, driving continuous improvement Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and other team members to deliver high-quality architectural solutions Oversee and manage the technical aspects of project development from concept through to completion Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff and fellow team members and interface with external consultants Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address technical queries and provide solutions Requirements: Ideally +10 years of experience as an Architect / Architectural Technician, with a proven track record of working on large-scale, complex projects Proficiency in Revit is essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Excellent technical drawing and detailing skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and ability to think on your feet Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work on high-profile projects with a leading highly creative architectural firm Supportive and collaborative work environment Professional development and career advancement opportunities If you are a highly skilled and experienced Architect / Architectural Technician, looking for a new challenging and rewarding opportunity in Auckland, we would love to hear from you.
