The team are at the forefront of technology adoption for Xero and include some of the best and brightest technology talent in the locations where we operate.About the RoleWe are looking for an Architect to be responsible for the developer enablement arm of Catalyst Engineering. In this role you will work closely with Product and Engineering leaders to define strategic roadmaps for our engineering enablement capabilities, ensuring that they are fit for purpose for the rapidly changing needs of the engineers that they support. You will work with product architects and engineers to drive the adoption of our capabilities. Internal to the team you will bring the leadership, customer obsession and technical depth required to build strong working relationships with your product and engineering counterparts.
