In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our D365 Platform.Responsibilities:Act as the subject matter expert for D365, providing technical support and guidance to end-users.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and document user requirements.Provide training and support to end-users, promoting effective utilization of D365 features and functionalities.Requirements:Experience with managing and administering Lifecycle services.Experience with D365 System administration.Proven experience as an Application Specialist, with expertise in D365.Strong knowledge of D365 F&O configuration.Experience in identifying and resolving system issues and bugs.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
