We have an exciting opportunity for an Application Support Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Council's essential systems.
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of providing ongoing support, administration, and upgrades for our corporate applications, including financial, property, asset information, and document management systems. You'll be the go-to expert in configuring new capability required by our Organisation and helping 'Module Owners' in navigating and utilizing these critical applications effectively.
In addition, you'll also be involved in implementing new applications. Your expertise will be crucial in developing acceptance testing plans for all application upgrades and pipeline projects, ensuring optimal performance and seamless handovers.
We're seeking someone with a combination of ITIL certification and/or practical experience in ITIL aligned Service Management, on an incident and service management platform, along with practical experience delivering solutions within an Agile framework.
A tertiary qualification in Information Technology/Computer Science is a must.
Your excellent time management and planning skills will prove invaluable in this role.
