In this role, you will play a key role in supporting our D365 Platform Responsibilities: Act as the subject matter expert for D365, providing technical support and guidance to end-users. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and document user requirements.. Provide training and support to end-users, promoting effective utilization of D365 features and functionalities. Requirements: Experience with managing and administering Lifecycle services Experience with D365 System administration Proven experience as an Application Specialist, with expertise in D365. Strong knowledge of D36 F&O configuration. Experience in identifying and resolving system issues and bugs. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proven experience as an Application Specialist, with expertise in D365. Strong knowledge of D365 customization and configuration. Experience in identifying and resolving system issues and bugs. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
