West Technology are partnered with a well-established Cyber Security Consultancy based in North Sydney. Our client works with some of the most well-known brands in the market which will give you an opportunity to further grow your skills as an Application Security Professional.
The Opportunity
Our client is currently looking for 2 x experienced Application security specialists to join their team in North Sydney. This role will see you doing a range of Secure Code review work for a number of different clients across some very interesting projects.
ResponsibilitiesPerform Secure Code ReviewsSoftware composition of Apps (Web/ Mobile/ APIs)Providing guidance to developers & other key stakeholdersEstablish and report on metrics to gauge software security effectivenessMaintain awareness of the current security threat landscapeRequirementsMinimum 2 years Secure Code Review experienceAutomated & Manual Scanning tools such as Fortify, Checkmarx, WhiteSource etcExcellent understanding of Software DevelopmentExcellent communication both written & verbalAbility to communicate complex security issues to non-technical stakeholdersThorough understanding of Security PrinciplesStrong Troubleshooting skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneouslyIf you believe your skill set closely matches the above requirements then please apply or reach out to Shane Hodgins at ******.
