We are looking for an AP Specialist - Onsite to coordinate our outsourced AP services to ensure a smooth process for three-way matching between the purchase order (PO), goods receipt and invoice. You will be the linking pin between our internal stakeholders (colleagues raising POs) and our outsourced AP provider.Are you up for this challenge?In this role, you will:Manage the offshore outsourced AP relationship with IBM in the Philippines, including KPI analysis, through regular calls and meetings – Some of these meetings may be in the eveningReview and approve AP supplier payments with the help of SAPTrain our staff in the correct Purchase Order and Goods receipting processes and troubleshoot where requiredAnalyse our AP (balance, ageing, action plan) and produce monthly reportsEnsure the timely reconciliation of GRNI (Goods Received Not Invoiced) & Trade payables accounts, and review supplier reconciliationsQualificationsWe are a fast-paced company on a mission.
