We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team in Auckland. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring that all payments are made accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities will include:
Processing invoices and reconciling supplier statementsEnsuring accurate coding and data entry of accounts payable transactionsEnsuring all invoices are approved per company policyManaging payment runs and ensuring timely payments to suppliersHandling supplier queries and resolving discrepanciesReview and follow up PO report on aged open PO'sSupporting month-end close activities and reporting requirementsTo succeed in this role, you will have:
