Reporting to the Senior Manager, Executive and Government Relations, you'll work in a high-performing team that supports and advises the Chief Executive, manages the relationship with the Office of the Minister of Statistics, and leads on machinery of government matters.
You'll be responsible for compiling and providing advice and information, including to respond to Official Information Act requests, while also ensuring our records are well maintained and our administrative processes are accurate and continually improved.
We see you bringing a can-do attitude and a focus on high-quality delivery to the role and team. This role would suit someone who can show:
Experience compiling and summarising information to share with othersAbility to engage collaboratively across the Office of the Chief Executive and across the organisationAttention to detail and the ability to develop and improve processesStrong written and verbal communication skillsAn understanding of the machinery of government and related processes and procedures, or a strong desire to learnA willingness to upskill and increase your cultural capabilityWe understand transferable skills can come from experience gained from outside of work.
