We're seeking a passionate coach and trainer who thrives on implementing sustainable change and can rise to the unique challenges presented by the residents of this site.
You will be an integral part of the on-site leadership team, which is progressive, trauma-informed, and safety-focused. Our exceptional leaders deeply care about their team's wellbeing and consistently work at improving ways of working and culture.
As the H&S Advisor, you'll report to the Regional Health, Safety and Wellbeing Manager. You'll play a critical role within our tightly knit eight-person regional Health, Safety, and Wellbeing team, contributing to solving larger organisational challenges and implementing large scale wellbeing and cultural change initiatives.

NZ Certificate in Workplace Health and Safety Practice (Level 4)National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH)Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health and SafetyOccupational Health and Safety Bachelor of Health ScienceUtu a-tau Salary The starting salary range is $81,606 - $100,000. Appointment and remuneration will reflect skills and experience relevant to the role.
