The ideal candidate will bring:Experience in corporate governance processes and administration, including minute takingStrong skills in managing and coordinating papers, including quality assurance and ensuring timely deliveryAbility to maintain complex meeting schedules and forward planning for Executive Leadership Team and Board activitiesStrong stakeholder management skills, particularly in working with senior executives and board membersExcellent written communication skills with exceptional attention to detailProven ability to work proactively and use initiative to anticipate needs and identify improvementsExcellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlinesStrong written communication skills and attention to detailThe ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgmentExperience in governance software platforms (such as Diligent or similar) would be an advantage.You'll be joining a collaborative team environment where your expertise in governance administration will directly contribute to effective decision-making at the highest levels of our organisation.
