We pride ourselves on our collaborative culture and commitment to professional growth.We are now looking for a full-time Adviser Support Lead - Investments position based in our Mount Eden, Auckland office to join the growing team.Summary StatementThis is a new role leading a team focused on supporting our Advisers in the investment space.Role RequirementsLead and mentor a team of investment support professionals of Adviser Support and Paraplanning staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.Hands-on involvement in processing support requirements to maintain skills as the team grows.Develop and implement processes that streamline client interactions and improve overall service delivery.Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular reports to management on key achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth.Coordinate training sessions to enhance team knowledge of market trends and investment options.Collaborate with advisers to understand client needs.Help manage and nurture client relationships by providing timely responses to inquiries and resolving issues that may arise.What We ProvideSalary offer is based on current skill set and experience level.Company KiwiSaver contribution in addition to salary.Lifestyle Leave options.Long Service Leave available.Work from home one day per week once training is completed.Employee Assistance programme.Professional association fees covered.Join the team and work in a great environment!
