And we need your help to take our expansion global! Our team is looking to bring on someone to support the growth of upcoming marketing initiatives. This role will be fast-paced, with a breadth of day-to-day activities and endless development opportunities.
This is a full-time position, based in New Zealand or Australia. This role is responsible for Crimson Global Academy revenue and sales.
What are the main responsibilities for this role?SalesAchieving agreed upon sales targets and outcomesIdentifying and interacting with new leads/customersEstablishing rapport with new leads via phone and email to initiate sales consultationsConducting sales consultations and academic assessments in a professional manner and that aligns with the Crimson brand and culture.Presenting, promoting and pitching Crimson Global Academy products as per the company sales process to prospective customersEstablishing, developing and maintaining positive and professional customer interactions and relationshipsConsistent and timely onboarding of new clients to the service team as per Crimson's new client onboarding processContacting existing clients to inform and upsell them on new developments within Crimson's product offering.Expediting the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfactionContinuously improving sales techniques and enhancing industry knowledgeCollating weekly sales reports in an accurate and concise manner for managementAny other duties required by CrimsonBusiness Development & Lead GenerationEngaging in business development work to help achieve targetsWorking with the Marketing team to develop/enhance lead generation methods by identifying opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in leads and salesEngaging in outreach activities such as presenting at school talks, careers expos and Crimson seminarsSourcing potential organizations and markets for lead generation/partnershipsAttending industry events where relevant and provide feedback and information on market trendsGenerate leads from networking, building new relationships and generate leads from existing customer relationshipsSales AdministrationEnsuring that data is diligently and accurately entered/managed within Crimson's Client Relations Management (CRM) system on a daily basisSubmitting sales reports in an accurate and concise manner for management as requiredHelping in training of new sales personnel wherever relevantMaintaining effective communication with the Accounts team to ensure timely payment of accountsEducating the global sales and marketing team on local market nuances in the education spaceProviding feedback and suggestions on how to improve sales processesProducing reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services What skills and experience are required?Fluent in English - spoken and writtenOutstanding Communication and people skillsExcellent communication and organizational skillsA passion for delivering outstanding services throughoutBeing familiar with Salesforce is a plusProfessionalism and strong work ethicHigh learning agility and growth mindset – comfort in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentWhy work for Crimson Global Academy?Flexible working environment: you will be empowered to structure how you workLimitless development and exposure: our internal promotions/role changes made up 33% of all recruitment last yearPsychologist on staffImpressive fireside chats and workshops to help the team continuously level upRadical Candour is a feedback approach we live byWe're a global player with 28 markets (and growing) across the globeIf you're passionate about education and people and looking for a fast-paced, collaborative environment, and want to work with cutting-edge technology then we'd love to hear from you!
