Car Parts Salesman

Here at Snap Car Parts we are a fast growing second hands parts supplier based in Takanini. We are now looking for an experienced car parts salesman to join our team in early 2025.
About the role:
You will be selling second hand Japanese parts such as Toyota, Nissan, Mazda, Subaru, Honda, and more to panel beaters, mechanics, insurance companies, and members of the public.
You'll be working alongside others in our parts team along with those from our sales, admin, and yard members to ensure the success of the company along with an exceptional customer experience.
You will have:
At least 3-4 years of experience in car parts sales (used/recycled car parts)
Knowledge of all Japanese car makes and models, particularly Mazda, Nissan, and Suzuki
Familiarity with Partstrader, Cap-ezi, and other similar platforms
Self-motivated and able to use initiative
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Selling car parts via phone, online platforms, and in person
Dealing with all customers in a professional manner
Organising delivery for parts sold to ensure a quick and efficient service
Handling customer complaints and returns professionally
Working alongside other members of the team effectively
