We are looking for a highly skilled Shopify Web Expert to join our dynamic team and help us enhance our online store.
Key Responsibilities: Related to residential / Commercial property & Business administration Oversee daily operations of residential and commercial properties.
Ensure properties are well-maintained and meet all safety standards.
Manage tenant relations, including handling inquiries, complaints, and lease agreements.
Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of property transactions, tenant communications, and financial statements.
Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and rent collections.
Assist with the preparation and distribution of notices, reports, and other documentation.
Handle correspondence and communication with tenants, vendors, and contractors.
Accurately record and maintain all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
Generate and process invoices for clients and vendors, ensuring timely payments and accurate records.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing insights into the company's financial health and performance.
Monitor and track expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
Carry out any additional tasks assigned by the director.
Financial Management: Monitor and manage property expenses and revenue with a focus on cost-saving measures.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Ensure timely rent collection and manage delinquent accounts.
Prepare financial reports and present them to directors.
Tenant Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing their needs and concerns.
Facilitate lease renewals, move-ins, and move-outs.
Conduct tenant screenings and background checks.
Organize and oversee tenant events and community activities.
Reporting and Additional Duties: Report directly to the Director for any additional tasks and responsibilities.
Provide regular updates on property status and performance.
Assist the Director with special projects and strategic initiatives as needed.
Qualifications:Proven experience as a Property Manager or Administrator.Strong knowledge of property management and administrative procedures.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Understanding of financial and accounting principles related to property management.Demonstrated ability to implement and manage cost-saving measures.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of professionalism and attention to detail.Education:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
