We have a position available for Administrative Officer Accounts.
This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone with basic accounts administration experience.
Qualifications & experience Degree or higher qualification Xero Certified and Experience with Ace Payroll .
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to deal in courteous manner with clients, staff and stakeholders Computer literate, Advanced level in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite and remote teamwork software Experience in a high-volume administrative environment with strong work ethics, can-do attitude and attention to detail An awesome personality, willingness to get involved and become part of our great team Must have an Entrepreneurial mindset and Innovative thinking capabilities A desire to be, and work with, 'The Best'!
Tasks & responsibilities Managing day to day operations of the accounts department Managing accounts payable and receivable in accurately and timely manner Processing Payroll Establishing and maintaining all financial records of the company Handling all queries related to accounts.
