This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone with basic accounts administration experience.Qualifications & ExperienceDegree or higher qualificationXero Certified and Experience with Ace PayrollExcellent written and verbal communication skills to deal in a courteous manner with clients, staff, and stakeholdersComputer literate, Advanced level in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and remote teamwork softwareExperience in a high-volume administrative environment with strong work ethics, can-do attitude, and attention to detailAn awesome personality, willingness to get involved, and become part of our great teamMust have an Entrepreneurial mindset and Innovative thinking capabilitiesA desire to be, and work with, 'The Best'!Tasks & ResponsibilitiesManaging day-to-day operations of the accounts departmentManaging accounts payable and receivable accurately and in a timely mannerProcessing PayrollEstablishing and maintaining all financial records of the companyHandling all queries related to accountsBe part of a dynamic company in the ever-more important health sectorA flexible working environmentCompetitive pay based on skills & experienceApplicants for this role must be NZ citizen/Permanent Resident.If this sounds like you, please submit your covering letter and CV to ****** shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
