We have a position available for Administrative Officer Accounts . This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone with basic accounts administration experience.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree or higher qualification
Xero Certified and Experience with Ace Payroll
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to deal in a courteous manner with clients, staff, and stakeholders
Computer literate, Advanced level in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and remote teamwork software
Experience in a high-volume administrative environment with strong work ethics, can-do attitude, and attention to detail
An awesome personality, willingness to get involved, and become part of our great team
Must have an Entrepreneurial mindset and Innovative thinking capabilities
A desire to be, and work with, 'The Best'!
Tasks & Responsibilities
Managing day-to-day operations of the accounts department
Managing accounts payable and receivable accurately and in a timely manner
Processing Payroll
Establishing and maintaining all financial records of the company
Handling all queries related to accounts
Be part of a dynamic company in the ever-more important health sector
