Role This opportunity is ideal for someone who has experience with process improvement, team leadership, and joining in with the team to assist in the administrative functions.
The administration team are in both Auckland and Wellington, providing support to a variety of specialist teams with a collaborative work approach.
Leading this group requires good experience mentoring others and having excellent communication skills while also being happy to be hands-on in the support duties alongside the team of thirteen.
Your responsibilities will include: Workflow management with the administration team, ensuring consistency and timeliness Overseeing support services ensuring effective delivery of processes Monitoring incoming work & facilitating project delivery Coordinating the internal client billing process, high attention to detail is crucial Client Relationship Management, communicate with clients on project status Systems Management and documentation coordination Providing administration & coordination support to the wider team, variety guaranteed Role modelling best practice & managing personal development for the team Focus on innovation & process improvement to allow your team maximum success You We are keen to hear from you if you are a natural organiser, resilient, solutions-focused, and have managed a team before while still enjoying being hands-on with administrative support functions.
